| Course Details | A nine-day certification course, for Lean Six Sigma project specialists & leaders, that presents a practical approach to Lean Thinking (Waste Elimination) and Six Sigma quality improvement. This comprehensive course (consistent with the ASQ Green Belt Body of Knowledge) offers a hybrid curriculum of Green Belt and specific Black Belt elements, thus preparing participants to confidently lead larger-sized Green Belt projects upon completion of training. This course, the first of its kind, packs a punch -- offering an equal balance between Lean and Six Sigma concepts. Registrants are urged to come prepared to roll up their sleeves and learn. Participants will receive a training certificate and will be assisted with the completion of the Define phase of their proposed improvement project prior to completion of training. |
| Enrollment Terms | Registration secures a seat for the training course. Registrant may call SET to cancel a registration, for unexpected reasons, prior to close of business on May 7th, 2010, for which a $50 processing fee will be charged. Cancellation after May 7th, 2010, but before close of business on May 21st, 2010, will result in only a 50% refund. Cancellation on, or after May 21st, 2010, will result in no refund. |
