A two-day course that presents an overview of Lean Thinking (Waste Elimination) and Six Sigma quality improvement. The course provides basic knowledge and understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodology, deployment approach, metrics & tools overview, as well as Lean Six Sigma team structure. This course is intended to prepare improvement project team members for active and supportive participation on a Green or Black Belt project. |
| LSS-103 | 3 | Enhanced Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt |
A three-day certification course that takes the two-day Yellow Belt course one step further. The third day includes a practical hands-on tools workshop. Six to eight LSS tools are covered, affording participants the ability to promptly join active Green or Black belt projects in a hand-on supportive role. This is one of the most comprehensive Yellow Belt training courses available. |

This course provides an enterprise roadmap for planning, implementing, deploying and achieving successful business performance improvement through Lean Six Sigma. The course also provides financial analysis and success criteria for Lean Six Sigma initiatives. |

A five-day certification course, for executives, managers and process owners, that presents an overview of Lean Thinking (Waste Elimination) and Six Sigma quality improvement. This comprehensive course provides a roadmap for implementing and achieving business process improvement through Lean Six Sigma project selection and sponsorship. |

A nine-day certification course, for Lean Six Sigma project specialists & leaders, that presents a practical approach to Lean Thinking (Waste Elimination) and Six Sigma quality improvement. This comprehensive course (consistent with the ASQ Green Belt Body of Knowledge) provides the knowledge and understanding of Lean and Six Sigma metrics, DMAIC deployment methodology, tools, techniques, and team structure. The course prepares participants to confidently lead successful Green Belt projects upon completion of training. The "Plus" indicates that this course is a hybrid between a Green Belt level and a Black Belt level -- exceeding a standard Green Belt program, but falls short of a Black Belt program, all at a Green Belt price. A twenty-day certification course (in 5-day increments), for Lean Six Sigma project managers, that presents a practical approach to Lean Thinking (Elimination of Waste) and Six Sigma quality improvement. This comprehensive in-depth and hands-on course (consistent with the ASQ Black Belt Body of Knowledge) provides the knowledge and understanding of Lean & Six Sigma metrics, Lean approach, DMAIC deployment methodology, full array of tools & techniques (including Minitab software), as well as team structure and management. The course prepares participants to confidently lead and manage successful Black Belt projects upon completion of training. |
