This comprehensive course (consistent with the ASQ Green Belt Body of Knowledge) provides the knowledge and understanding of Lean and Six Sigma metrics, DMAIC deployment methodology, tools, techniques, and team structure. The course prepares participants to confidently lead successful Green Belt projects upon completion of training.
