A two-day course presenting a broad overview of Lean Thinking concepts and principles, along with Lean Enterprise strategies and implementation plans. A suite of common Lean tools and techniques are covered. |
| L-202 | 1 | Value Stream Mapping |
A full-day course that presents an overview of Lean Thinking (Waste Elimination) and an in-depth, hands-on knowledge and understanding of Value Stream Analysis. It covers Value Stream Mapping, relevant tools, and metrics. |
| L-203 | 1 | Kaizen Workshop |
A full-day course that presents an in-depth and hands-on knowledge and understanding of Kaizen (Rapid Improvement Events), including Kaizen approach and planning, techniques, tools, as well as Kaizen implementation. |
| L-401 | 8 | Lean Expert Certification |
This 8-day (two 4-day sessions over two months) course provides a complete and rigorous program leading to becoming a Lean Expert. The course covers the requirements of SME, AME, and Shingo's Lean Certification Body of Knowledge. The course concludes with a classroom-style examination leading to the award of a Lean Expert certificate. |
